Musicoterapia para el Fortalecimiento del Vínculo Emocional entre Niñ@s con Implante Coclear

El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en la Fundación Cinda de Bogotá, Colombia. Se trata de un estudio cualitativo que busca describir el impacto que tiene la musicoterapia para contribuir al proceso de rehabilitación de la población infantil con implante coclear a través del fortalecimiento del vínculo emocional entre la díada. La intervención musicoterapéutica se realizó de forma grupal con 7 infantes implantados y cada uno de estos con su cuidador primario, para una totalidad de 14 participantes. Se realizaron un total de 18 sesiones, cada una de 45 minutos de duración, utilizando los 4 métodos de musicoterapia. En el análisis cualitativo se plantea el vínculo emocional como categoría principal de análisis y 3 sub-categorías: comunicación, autonomía, y empatía. Los instrumentos de evaluación que aborda la presente investigación fueron: las entrevistas semiestructuradas, el análisis de los protocolos de seguimiento, y la herramienta indicadores psicosonoros de grados de conexión vincular de la musicoterapeuta Patricia Pellizzari. La investigación, expone como resultado que la musicoterapia es una herramienta valiosa y eficaz para potenciar el vínculo emocional entre el infante implantado y su cuidador primario y que a través de esta intervención musicoterapéutica favorece y contribuye al proceso de rehabilitación auditiva del infante con implante coclear.

This research work was developed at the Cinda Foundation in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a qualitative study that seeks to describe the impact that music therapy has to contribute to the rehabilitation process of the child population with a cochlear implant by strengthening the emotional bond between the dyad. The music therapy intervention was carried out in a group manner with 7 implanted infants and each of these with their primary caregiver, for a total of 14 participants. A total of 18 sessions were held, each 45 minutes long, using the 4 music therapy methods. In the qualitative analysis, the emotional bond is considered as the main category of analysis and 3 sub-categories: communication, autonomy, and empathy. The evaluation instruments addressed by this research were: semi-structured interviews, the analysis of the follow-up protocols, and the tool for psychosocial indicators of degrees of bond connection of the music therapist Patricia Pellizzari. The research shows that music therapy is a valuable and effective tool to enhance the emotional bond between the implanted infant and her primary caregiver and that through this music therapy intervention favors and contributes to the hearing rehabilitation process of the implanted infant cochlear.
