La pandemia ha generado un estancamiento y a la vez un desgaste emocional y físico que limíta nuestras posibilidades de seguir aprendiendo. Pero puede ser una ocación favorable si logramos plantearnos herramientas de simple uso que mejoren la organización de nuestros tiempos y espacios. La creatividad en nuestras rutinas de estudio permitirá fortalecernos y a la vez generar una práctica apropiada en estos dificiles tiempos de encierro.

The pandemic has generated stagnation and at the same time emotional and physical exhaustion that limits our possibilities to continue learning. But it can be a favorable occasion if we manage to consider simple-to-use tools that improve the organization of our times and spaces. Creativity in our study routines will allow us to strengthen and at the same time generate an appropriate practice in these difficult times of confinement.
