Carlos Pérez-Bidó (1960 - 2021) Los grandes artistas siempre están acompañados de grandes músicos. Carlos Pérez-Bidó, perteneció a la Orquesta Sociedad Anónima, Orquesta de Roberto Delgado y Rubén Blades. El Panama Jazz Festival, celebra el aporte musical que Pérez-Bidó dejó a las nuevas generaciones. 5 veces ganador de premios Grammy, percusionista Latino y Jazz, buscado por artistas que deseaban su experiencia y el sonido nítido y limpio en sus actuaciones. Carlos formó parte del "Salsa Big Band Tour con la Orquesta de Roberto Delgado y Rubén Blades" visitando varios lugares en Estados Unidos, Europa y Sudamérica. Actuó en vivo en la ceremonia número 18 de los Premios Grammy Latinos con Rubén Blades en Las Vegas. También, se presentó con la banda de Roberto Delgado en lugares de todo el mundo, en más de 15 países junto a Ricky Martin, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Sting, Macie Gray y Earth Wind and Fire. Su grabación más reciente con Blades, ¨Paraiso Road Gang¨ fue nominada a Canción del Año en los Latin Grammys 2019. Gracias al maestro Rubén Blades, Roberto Delgado, Ricky Sánchez, Daniel Aisemberg, Manuel Umana, Ademir Berrocal, Marcos Barraza, Luis Enrique Becerra, Ricardo De León, José Ramón Guerra y a todos las personas que hicieron posible este homenaje.

Carlos Pérez-Bidó (1960 - 2021) Great artists are always accompanied by great musicians. Carlos Pérez-Bidó, belonged to the Sociedad Anónima Orchestra, Roberto Delgado and Rubén Blades Orchestra. The Panama Jazz Festival celebrates the musical contribution that Pérez-Bidó left to the new generations. 5-time Grammy Award winner, Latin and Jazz percussionist, sought after by artists who wanted his experience and crisp, clean sound in his performances. Carlos was part of the "Salsa Big Band Tour with the Roberto Delgado and Rubén Blades Orchestra" visiting various places in the United States, Europe, and South America. He performed live at the 18th Latin Grammy Awards with Rubén Blades in Las Vegas. Also, he performed with Roberto Delgado's band in venues around the world, in more than 15 countries alongside Ricky Martin, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Sting, Macie Gray, and Earth Wind and Fire. His most recent recording with Blades, ¨Paraiso Road Gang¨ was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2019 Latin Grammys.
